Delivery timeframe of finished products depends on complexity of manufactured part, demanded number of pieces and type of material used.

Standard products, i. e. plain cuts and e-shop products we are able to expedite within 2 working days of order reception.

More complicated products, such as show cases, shields or shaped formates we usually expedite within 3-4 days of order reception on first come, first served basis. Should a special type of material be needed the delivery time can stretch to up to 4 weeks depending on material availability at supplier or producer.

Shipping

We offer following shipping options::

• "Personal pick-up in our shop in Prague"
• Delivery with our van Renault MASTER (anywhere in Czech republic)
• PPL
• TOP TRANS – in case of paletized shipments or shipments to Slovakia
• Fedex - in case of shipping to other European countries

Every customer gets updated on progress of their order, shipping and delivery timeframe, either via e-mail or phone.
